Etiquette: To ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Absolute Nirvana, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum while in the spa. Cellular phones and electronic devices are to be muted while in the spa and tea room.
Reservations: Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
Check In: Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment times and to have a chance to relax and unwind before your treatment.
Spa hours: We are open Sunday through Thursday from 10am to 6pm. Friday and Saturday from 10am to 8pm.
Special Considerations: If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complications, may we advise you to consult your doctor before signing up for any spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical conditions.
Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited.
Valuables: A secure box for valuables is available at the inn, but we recommend that no jewelry be worn at the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to assist us in rescheduling the appointment and notifying our therapists. The full balance of all treatments booked will be charged for any treatments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or for any missed appointments.
Payment & Tipping: We accept MC, Visa and American Express, as well as cash and local checks. Prices do not include local sales tax. It is customary to leave a tip of 15-20% for your massage therapist.
Gift Certificates: Absolute Nirvana Gift Certificates for our spa treatments are available at the spa reception and online. We also honor SpaFinder Gift Certificates.
Discounts: We offer a 10% discount for groups up to five who book all spa rooms simultaneously.
Facial Program: Get a free facial with the Facial Treatment Card. Our facial treatment card entitles you to six 60 minute facials for just $475.
Parking: There is generally ample parking on Faithway Street. Should you experience any difficulty, please let us know immediately and we will assist in parking your vehicle.
Water System: Because we are strong believers in water conservation, we have installed a state-of-the-art UV light water purification system. In effect we have our own closed water treatment system which removes all chlorine and is constantly circulating and cleaning the water in our tubs.
