Absolute Nirvana Spa resulted from owner Carolyn Lee's trips to Bali. I was so overwhelmed by the beauty of Bali. It was a true feast for the senses, and the people were remarkable as well.

Every person is full of such a sense of grace.” She and her husband were also quite taken by the romantic spas and resorts available in Bali. During a soak in a rose petal bath, while sipping hot ginger tea, Carolyn’s husband suggested she open a similarly tranquil day spa in Santa Fe.

A true relaxation spa, Absolute Nirvana will open less than a year after that suggestion.

Carolyn particularly appreciated that most spa treatments in Indonesia utilize primarily natural ingredients. Known in Indonesian as Jamu, this approach refers to the use of traditional remedies based on plants, herbs, and spices for health and beauty care.

Nirvana Spa seeks to recreate the atmosphere of Bali: one of beauty, elegance and grace, where the client is treated with reverence and respect. We want to feed all your senses with fabulous tastes, heavenly aromas, beautiful sights, soothing sounds, and wonderful textures.
