First and foremost, we want to emphasize that this is YOUR treatment. You are encouraged to communicate freely with the spa manager, your therapist, and esthetician to ensure that you receive the treatment that meets your needs and wants.
Spa hours: We are open Monday-Sunday from 10am-6pm. Treatments at or after 6pm are often available, as well, so if that is your preference, please do inquire.
Etiquette: To ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of La Vida, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum while in the spa. Cellular phones and electronic devices are to be muted while in the spa and reception area.
Reservations: Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
Check In: Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment times and to have a chance to relax and unwind before your treatment.
Special Considerations: If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complications, may we advise you to consult your doctor before signing up for any spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical conditions.
Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited.
Valuables: The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Cancellation Policy:
For single appointments, 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to assist us in rescheduling the appointment and notifying our therapists. The full balance of all treatments booked will be charged for any treatments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or for any missed appointments.
For groups containing three or more treatments, we require a 48-hour notice of cancellation. The full balance of all treatments booked will be charged for any treatments canceled with less than 48-hours notice or for any missed appointments.
Payment & Tipping: We accept Master Card and Visa, but we do not accept cash. You may leave a cash tip, but we do not accept cash as a form of payment for treatments. Prices do not include local sales tax. It is customary to leave a tip of 15-20% for your massage therapist.
Gift Certificates: La Vida Gift Certificates for our spa treatments are available at the spa reception and online.
Parking: There is generally ample parking on Faithway Street. Should you experience any difficulty, please let us know immediately and we will assist in parking your vehicle.
Water System: Because we are strong believers in water conservation, we have installed a state-of-the-art UV light water purification system. In effect we have our own closed water treatment system that removes all chlorine and is constantly circulating and cleaning the water in our tubs.
